There has been some added parking around our office! Along with the other street parking around our office, there is now 1 hour parking in front of the office on Worthington Ave. and on the side of the office on Crescent Ave. Thanks to the City of Wyoming this added parking should be a help for our patients' cleaning appointments. We do also have four (4) parking spaces along with one (1) handicap space in the back parking lot of our office for those longer appointments here at the office.

EMERGENCIES

Time is allotted for emergencies on a daily basis.

In most cases emergencies can be seen immediately. Our main concern is to relieve your
discomfort as quickly as possible.

COPAYS AND INSURANCE

Payment for dental services is considered a part of the treatment.

We will be happy to file your insurance forms for you. Patients’
co-payments and deductibles are required at time of service.

For patients without insurance we accept cash, check, MC, VISA, AMEX and Discover.

Available: 90 days, 6 months and 12 months interest free for qualified patients pending credit approval to allow our patients to pay in affordable monthly installments!

A few of the Dental Insurance Plans that the office participates in are the following:

Met Life, Delta Dental, Dental Care Plus, Humana PPO, Guardian, Superior Dental Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna PPO and Dentemax.

We also take many other dental insurance plans as well, please contact the office concerning the type of insurance that you carry.
